Atons of Minneapolis

Atons of Minneapolis is a social club for gay and bisexual leather men and their friends, founded in 1972 and among the longest-running leather and Levi social fraternities in the country. The club works to present a positive image of leather through social activity and to build fellowship across local, national and international leather communities. It holds monthly general membership meetings, typically at Twin Cities Leather on West Lake Street in Minneapolis, along with dinners, social events, an annual banquet and a summer campout gathering known as a run. Membership moves through associate and pledge status to full member, and the club raises funds for its own operations and for community causes including AIDS services.
