Celebrating the richness and diversity of the Latin American diaspora, this program brings together contemporary choral works exploring identity, belonging, and shared humanity. At its center is We Are of a Tribe, a setting of Alberto Ríos’s poem commissioned by Border CrosSing from Colombian composer Nico Gutierrez. The work is joined by music from composers of Latin American heritage across the Americas and beyond, offering a powerful reflection on connection, memory, and the communities we create across borders and generations.
