What’s on this calendar

This calendar is open to any event by, for, or of interest to Minnesota’s LGBTQ+ communities. That means nightlife and drag, and it also means fundraisers, worship, art openings, sports leagues, book clubs, recovery meetings, and the town hall in a church basement in a county that has never had a gay bar.

Anyone can submit an event. Listings are free and they will stay free. Every submission is read by a person before it goes live.

We list events that are real and open to the public. We do not list private parties, and we do not take payment for placement or position. If something on this calendar is sponsored, or if it is a Q Minnesota event, it says so on the listing.

See something wrong? A wrong time, a moved venue, an event that was called off? Email info@qminnesota.com and we will fix it. Corrections to this calendar get made in the open, the same as everywhere else on this site.

How to get your event listed

  1. Fill out the form. Date, time, venue, a description, and an image if you have one. It takes about five minutes.
  2. A person reads it. We check that it is real, open to the public, and within the calendar’s rules. You get an email confirming we have it.
  3. It goes live. You get a second email with the link once it is published. Share it anywhere.
