Hennepin Arts

Hennepin Arts is a nonprofit in downtown Minneapolis that owns and operates four historic theaters: the Orpheum, the State, the Pantages and the Dudley Riggs Theatre, home to Brave New Workshop. The organization was established in 2000 to preserve the venues, and the City of Minneapolis transferred ownership of the Orpheum, State and Pantages to it in 2005. It operated for years as Hennepin Theatre Trust before rebranding as Hennepin Arts in 2024. Hennepin Arts presents touring Broadway productions, concerts, comedy and other live events across the Hennepin Theatre District, along with education programs and accessibility offerings such as sensory-friendly performances. Tickets are sold by show through the organization and each venue's box office.
