We Help Us, Chris Stedman’s project documenting stories of LGBTQIA mutual aid in Minnesota, comes to Winona for one of its two final story-collecting events, hosted with Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Winona State University.

Local organizers will share stories of mutual aid in a panel discussion, with food and the chance for attendees to record their own stories for the We Help Us archive, which will be housed at the Jean-Nickolaus Tretter Collection.

Free and open to the public. For location details on campus, contact Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Director Dr. Mary Jo Klinker at mklinker@winona.edu.
